Opebi/Allen Avenue

Located just two kilometers west of Ikeja, this is a well organized low-density residential area with exquisite accommodation for the rich. A standard three-bedroom flat rents for between N500,000 and N800,000 per annum. Most people here get around by bus or motorcycle but there are also taxis stationed at strategic points around the area. Opebi/Allen Avenue has a good road network and is well connected to the Ikorodu Road expressway making it easily accessible.
