An area to the north of the city which is often chaotic but has a certain charm. It is a favourite spot for academics and intellectuals. There are numerous pubs which fill with fans at weekends for the football matches. There are plenty of parks for outdoor activities. The street are narrow and quiet, with two and three-storey detached houses with private parking. Transport is by bus and underground.
