The apartment is located in the central quarter called “Appio – San Giovanni”. You will stay in a quiet and trimly, at the 3rd floor of a house with 4 floors. The ‘metro’ is near, to 350 meters away. The station is called “Colli Albani”, there you can get in and get off. You can take the bus at the bus stop, which is only 50 meters away from the door of your house. 800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”; 350 meters away you can catch a cab at the cabstand. The house is located in a very important commercial center which includes the Via Appia going to San Giovanni and a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly behind the house.! The sleeping area is furnished by a breakfront, the day area by a couch, a table including 4 chairs and a TV. In the kitchen exists a oven, a fridge and a freezer. A shower, a toilet and bidet and a washing machine will be yours in the bathroom. At the balcony you have a view over the basilica. The door is closed by key security. PRICES Because of it`s low prices the apartment is one of the most attractive in Rome. Using the advantage-price of 35 Euro a day/ person all-year, respectively 50 Euro during the holiday time.
