Axa, Casal Palocco, Infernetto

These are all residential areas situated at about 15 kms from Rome, near the Via Cristoforo Colombo and Via Ostiense and half way between the city and the sea. Almost all the villas and apartments were built recently and there are parks and tree-lined streets. Shops are rare and mainly small but there are several shopping malls close to Acilia. Traffic is heavy in the rush hours. Public transport is not good, so it is essential to have a car.
