This area is between Corso Francia and Via Cassia. It is an rather characterless part of the city and there are only a few small public parks, but Romans consider it a good and safe neighbourhood to live. There is a vast variety of shops and supermarkets. People living here are mainly elderly and middle class. Public transport could rate as about the worst in town although there is now a privately-run shuttle service between here and the historic centre.
